When you feel comfortable and confident, your attention stays where it belongs—on the person you're asking to marry you. The proposal becomes about the moment you share together, not about whether your shirt is wrinkled or your shoes are covered in sand.

Photography begins with observation, and the best photographs happen when you're fully present.

It's the beginning of one of the most important chapters of your life.

Choose clothing that feels like you. If you normally dress casually, don't feel pressured to wear something that feels unfamiliar. If dressing up is part of how you celebrate important occasions, embrace it.
